Our boxing class is designed from beginners to advance levels of fitness. We incorporate boxing combinations and cardio exercises into our classes. Our trainers will assist you with technique which will help increase your power. Boxing will increase your cardiovascular fitness and help with muscle tone. Boxing is a great stress reliever and a lot of fun.
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. This training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. HIIT training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This class help improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
